I've done a little research based off the supported cards list I found at AMD and Nvidia. I'm looking for a good replacement that DOES support Windows 10, two monitors and will show 4K video and is relatively cheap. In the near future, I plan to build an entirely new system (my first ever custom build!) around a GTX 1080 Ti and additional major upgrades, but for now, I just want to get my old computer working again. I can't seem to find drivers, which would make sense if it isn't supported. Just doing a little research, I find that this video card is not even supported for Windows 10. And I could never run 4K video without it freezing up. Although lately, the fan would sometimes need me to push start it.
